Abstract

Tabungan Batara is not only widely known by the public, but also provides easy transactions through various facilities, such as BTN Bank Outlets, Online Post Offices, Cash Deposit Machines, Mobile Banking, and Internet Banking. Then the implementation of Batara's Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) technology is also an important step to provide comfort and convenience for customers. This research is expected to provide an in-depth understanding of how PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) TBK works. The Semarang Branch Office improves the quality of banking services, maintains customer trust, and overcomes operational obstacles in facing the needs of globalization and economic dynamics.
